- Business claims: full name, work email on the company domain, job title, mobile number, WhatsApp preference.
- Reviews: rating, review text, and the account that submitted them.
- Business profile: logo, description, support contact details, and social links you choose to publish.
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.
How we use data
- Provide accounts, company profiles, reviews, and claim verification
- Send verification emails and optional WhatsApp updates you opted into
- Moderate abuse, prevent spam, and secure the service
- Improve the product and respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal information. We do not ask for passwords to other websites, crypto wallets, or banking credentials.
Legal basis / consent
We process account and claim data to provide the service you request. WhatsApp messages are sent only if you opt in. You may withdraw WhatsApp consent by contacting us.
Sharing

Retention
We keep account and published review data while your account or content remains active. Claim verification codes are short-lived. You may request deletion of your account via the contact page.
